New and Improved Online Prepayment System

Starting April 2006, District Twenty parents may begin using MealPay Plus, a new and improved prepayment system to pay for student lunches online. The new website is https://www.mealpayplus.com New features include: The ability to view account balances online Parents can set up email notification for low balances A lower convenience fee of $2.00 per transaction Discover is now accepted in addition to Visa and Mastercard Payments can also be made by calling 1-866-735-2788 Parents apply payment using the student’s District Twenty ID number. Minimum deposit is $20.00 and maximum deposit is $200.00. Once your online account has been established, it is available for you to use 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Online Payment System* Sodexho School Lunch Menus All Academy School District Twenty schools participate in the Online Prepayment system except for Pine Creek and Rampart High Schools. Credit Card Security Highest level of security...128 bit encryption with SSL/ secure socket layer. MealPay Plus has been certified by VISA for its CISP/Cardholder Information Security program. This certification is VISA’s highest security protocol. Student Accounts Parents must input the correct District Twenty student ID number when setting up an online account in order for payments to be applied to the proper account. Student IDs can be obtained from the student’s school. Parents may add credit to one or more account during the same transaction. At this time, parents will not be able to “View Purchase History” or transfer funds between sibling accounts. When is the Payment Applied? Payments made before midnight EST will be available for your child’s use to purchase meals the following day. Occasionally, external factors may affect this process and could delay when the funds are received by the school. The "balance as of date" displayed in the manage accounts section of the web site indicates the date that MealPay Plus received an update from your school's district office.
